3D Printable MSA Millennium Outsert
Probably one of my more popular things, I made a 3D printable outsert model for the MSA Millennium (initially in response to the apparent drought of tinted outserts, part of my larger project to provide cheap+easy instructions to make a tinted outsert). Currently I only have a model for the M/L outsert, but if I get my hands on a small outsert I will attempt to clone that too.
Over time, I will likely add more variants of the outsert (horned, symbols, etc). Check back to see if I add a changelog :P
Included is the base blender file, a readme with a bunch of info, plus a ready-to-print STL of the outsert itself
I will be updating with both printable TPU and castable models for the noseband Soon™ (castable so far is made of 50A urethane rubber, very similar to the original, if you're interested!)
im sorry
forgive me for what i have done
(printed in TPU with generic TPU profile on a P1S. TPU so the siren fits more easily. Scale may need adjusting depending on your machine/materials, solid plastic may be more strict. Designed specifically for use with "The Acme Siren")
Please be careful with this. It doesn't restrict breathing much but the laughing may be a problem and normal breathing gets very loud
I also have a version with an adjustable bypass. In other words, it allows air to go around the siren, meaning you can adjust volume levels and overall air restriction. Print the body in TPU, and the cap in PETG or another rigid plastic. Scaling the cap up to 100.2% can give smoother motion without sacrificing too much security
The actual range of adjustability was a lot smaller than i expected, but this is a novelty so i probably won't fix it lmao :P
Spiralizer
A little tool i made to generate various basic spiral gifs for a bluetooth LED matrix display. Rather flexible, some cool features. Check it!
TSO Voice Pack... Packer.
A tool for packing WAV files (ideally mono, 16-bit 44.1kHz), a PNG and a metadata JSON into a single file for use with my HexDrone Optimized Speech Synthesis app
Simply replace each audio file included in the "files" folder, and then run the TSOPacker.exe. It should spit out a TSO file momentarily, which can be loaded directly into the speech app.

S-Hive Assets
Soon :)
Other Projects
I swear i'll get to them soon!!! More stuff later, upcoming things:
- Simple MSA Light Module (plus BOM)
- MSA front port ring with snap-in designs
- 40mm/3M Port Thingy with snap-in designs
- Outsert Tinting Experiments (tl;dr, everything is terrible, use spray tint)
